What is the minimum rental period?

We rent by the month, with a 30-day minimum stay. Many of our guests are snowbirds who book for several months at a time, typically arriving in the fall and staying through spring. Weekly or short-term stays are not available.

Is this condo good for snowbirds and seasonal stays?

Absolutely. Our condo is set up for comfortable long-term living, not just a short vacation. You'll have a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, comfortable beds, and plenty of storage for seasonal wardrobes and beach gear. Many of our renters return year after year for the winter season.

What's included in the monthly rental?

Your monthly rate includes the fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, all utilities (electric, water, cable TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi), access to Mandalay Beach Club's resort-style amenities (heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, and direct beach access), plus parking. Linens, towels, and a starter supply of kitchen basics are provided so you can settle in right away.

Are taxes and fees included in the price?

Florida state and local tourist development taxes apply to stays under six months and will be added to your total. Stays of six months or longer (with proof of a bona fide long-term lease) are generally exempt from the transient rental tax under Florida law. We're happy to walk you through the exact breakdown for your dates before you book.
